Our trusted partners
in Zimbabwe & Tanzania.
Alongside our core projects in Ghana and Ukraine, Seeway Trust partners with trusted organisations working to support children and families in Zimbabwe and Tanzania.
Zimbabwe: Bulawayo
Rehoboth Ministry.
Mark and Dorcas Nicholson arrived in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, in 2007. Since then, they have cared for 9 children, orphaned, rejected, or abandoned, giving them a loving home, education, and stability.
“Rehoboth” means “open spaces” (Genesis 26:22), and that is exactly what Mark and Dorcas provide: space to grow, space to heal, and space to hope. The children in their care face serious challenges including the effects of abuse, HIV, and cerebral palsy, but each one is loved and supported.
A recently drilled borehole now provides 7,500 litres of fresh water daily to the family and surrounding community.
Panashe's story
Panashe Nicholson was found in a sewerage ditch at just one day old. Rescued by Mark and Dorcas, he is now a thriving young man, living proof that one act of love can change everything.

Tanzania: Arusha
Seeway Tanzania.
Rebecca Jackson and Wendy Kelly lead Seeway Tanzania (SWT), an NGO caring for 25 children in Arusha, Northern Tanzania. With their own house and land, SWT provides a stable, community-integrated home for children who need it most.
The children live as part of the local community, not institutionalised, with access to education, healthcare, and even music lessons in keyboard, guitar, and drums. A nursery school built by SWT enables single mothers in the area to work while their children are safely cared for.
